1. Processing Time

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes/locations.

4. Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via SMS / Email / WhatsApp. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your parcel.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
Delayed Packages: If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your Order ID, and we will coordinate with the courier service to expedite delivery.
Damaged Packaging: If the outer packaging appears heavily damaged or tampered with upon arrival, please do not accept the package and immediately notify us.
6. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before placing an order.
KJR Fashion is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
